Major Blacklick Transitional Bathroom Remodel - The Amazing Results

Major Blacklick Transitional Bathroom Remodel

Stunning Bath Room Transition from Another Angle

This Blacklick, OH bathroom went through an extensive remodel. The homeowner wanted a larger shower, and never used their tub. We rearranged the plumbing to create a steam shower along the back wall, complete with adjustable shower head, rain shower head and porcelain tile. A top down-bottom up sheer shade was used to control privacy while allowing the maximum amount of light to enter or filter into the room. Additional storage was created under the window as well as wall cabinets on either end of the vanity. “Appliance garages” store electric toothbrushes and hair dryer, keeping them out of sight

Pickerington Dinette Project Before

Pickerington Dinette Project Before Remodeling

The Dinette That Transformed This Pickerington Home

This Pickerington, OH kitchen, powder room and dining room went through a major overhaul when a wall was removed adjoining the kitchen and dining room. It allowed us to open up the space giving the homeowner the larger kitchen they had always wanted. The redesign of the kitchen, closed the entry hallway which contained a small closet and powder room. By splitting this space, a larger, more accessible powder room was created as well as a larger closet at the front door. Hard maple wood floors with inlaid quartzite tiles carry the arc motif from the completely custom cabinets to the floor. Lets just say our contractors love and hate us all at the same time!  The color palette was inspired by images from the Hubble Space Telescope.

This Living Room Transformation Looking Good From Every Angle

After this major remodel our client decided they needed more storage for their many books.  We remodeled their formal living room, that was never used (sound familiar?), into a much needed library with custom cabinets, shelving units and a window seat.  As libraries can tend to be very traditional the lines were kept crisp and contemporary, including the custom area rug.  Additional can lights were added around the perimeter and seating area for task use.  This room is now used constantly over the weekends for reading, relaxing, and game playing with the grandchildren.
